This route is designed for anyone looking to cycle at a slightly faster pace averaging 9-11mph on a route of approx 20 miles. The route is mainly on quieter country lanes but there are a few busier roads so you will need to be reasonably confident. We will always wait and let the group catch up and of course wait at the top of hills. We will be stopping half way round at the Dunstable Downs café for tea and cake.

We will meet at Dacorum cycle hub and ride out from here out on the lanes to Dunstable.

Please remember to bring with you
- Helmet
-Spare inner tubes for your bike and appropriate tools, even if you don't know how to change an inner tube there are other people in the group to help.
-A water bottle with a drink in, cycling can be thirsty work.
- Appropriate clothing for the weather.
