Starting from - The Car park at the main entrance to Golden Acre. Please arrive 10 minutes early to carry out bike checks. We will set off at 1005 am promptly, so please don't be late. LS16 8BQ

Due to Covid 19, this ride will be a closed, invite only one, with a maximum of 4 riders with the Leaders. We will ride in single file and stop for chats enroute. The cafe is open at the end. Please bring a drink, gloves, a face covering for emergencies ( not necessary on ride) and hand gel. Please also have inner tube for flats. Together we will have a great ride and keep each other safe. X
The Golden Acre loop takes us to Weeton via the Harewood Estate. On some lovely, quiet roads through Casterly. We then ride through pool and Arthington and end with a cheeky climb up Creskeld Lane. This ride is great for anyone wanting to start tackling a few hills. This ride has some beautiful views, which make for a great excuse to stop and catch your breath at the top of a hill. The best bit is that the cafe stop at the end of the ride!!!
We finish at the cafe at Golden Acre for well earned cake and a cuppa.
Road bikes or hybrids would be preferable, unless you are really quite fit and then you might be okay on a mountain bike.
