Good Friday ,Sankey Valley for Fish and Chips

Mainly canal towpaths all the way from Carr Mill Dam , all the way down past the Runcorn Bridge and back , stopping at a few of the public houses along the way for refreshments , and also fish and chips at The Ferry Tavern . We will also stop at The Fiddle Ith Bag public house which has to be seen to be believed (its like a wartime museum !)
