This 35mile (60km) circular route takes us through the cycleways of Middlesbrough Town Centre towards the River Tees where we follow up and through Stockton until we eventually come to the quiet country lanes that continues to follow the River Tees to our Lunch Stop at the Goosepool Café, Teeside International Airport. Setting off after our Lunch we head back towards the old Town of Yarm and follow the road back thought the cycleways around Hemlington and back to the finish at Martons Stewart Park.

Helmets are compulsory and Waterproofs incase of any bad weather. Spare inner tubes and basic tools for your bike if needed. Some food and drink for along the way.
