Route rating

0 stars (0) Reviews

A ride with variety at a steady pace with an average speed of around 12mph to view the big skies in our local area (while keeping an eye on the road).

We will ride along a variety of roads, mostly along country lanes between some short sections on busier roads. Mostly flat with just one or two short hills, but you are welcome to walk these if you prefer. There will be one main road to cross which we will do with care.

We will stop for a break at Uncle Henry's where there is an outside area we can use. We will also stop whenever we feel like a short break on the way.

You will need to wear a cycle helmet and bring a spare inner tube to fit your bike. You will also need to be able to pay at the cafe stop and you will need to bring a face mask to wear at the cafe stop and in other situations if needed.

This ride is suitable for anyone who is happy with the pace indicated and who is content with the ride distance.
