All Tarmac with a few small climbs but nothing too challenging and we will wait and regroup at the top. Heading out to Susworth, down the Trent side to Moreton, up Laughton Lane but turning off to Blyton, then Northorpe and back to the start.

A slightly longer ride - 22 miles, expecting to average around 11mph, but as ever no-one will be left behind. Not suitable for under 16s. All tarmac with a few small hills - but we will always wait and regroup at the top.

Quiet tarmac roads, just a short stretch on the A159 through Blyton but within the 30mph limit.

We will stop for a breather during the ride, maybe an ice cream at Blyton if the queue isn't too great. I don't think the coffee shop is open so you may want to bring a snack and a drink.

Helmets are advisable. Please bring a spare inner tube and a working pump (message me if that's an issue) and cash if you want an ice cream. The ride will be in strict accordance with British Cycling's Covid Safe rules. Please bring a face covering for emergencies although it is not recommended that you ride with one.

A slightly longer route for those that want something more but still not too challenging. Newcomers always welcome.
