Green Hill training

Meeting at the Old Bell, then using the back roads of Harpenden to play on some hills!

Generally quite roads, though there are parked cars. It will of course be dark, but there are street lamps!

Lights, helmets and reflective clothing is essential, You will probably also want some water:) Dress sensibly, with layers. We won't go more that about a mile from the start, if you get a puncture or mechanical, we probably won't be fixing it, but we will make sure you get back to the start.
