Guided Ride For Beginners - Nr Malton North Yorkshire

The route starts just outside the Eden Camp Historical Museum outside Old Malton and takes a loop around country lanes for approximately 8.5 miles. The ride will go as a group and will keep the pace of the slowest participant. Nobody will be left behind.

The roads are back country lanes having little traffic and are ideal for those new to cycling or returning to cycling after a long break.

During the ride, we will make regular stops for drinks and although there will not be a cafe stop during the ride, we hope you will join us for a coffee at the end of the ride.

Please bring with you a spare inner tube for your bike, a bottle of water and your helmet. Please also ensure you are dressed appropriately for the weather. This will be a slow gentle ride, at a steady pace so riders should make sure they are warm and protected from the elements, waterproofs may be required.

We welcome all levels of experience and particularly look forward to welcoming those new or returning to cycling. We look forward to making this a fun and enjoyable experience.
