Following the canal towpath we meander along the Leeds Liverpool canal before picking up the path to Haigh hall courtyard. It’s a lovely route for beginners or returners

As this is our Queens Jubilee Ride - in spirit of fun we ask Riders to wear either Red / White / Blue bunting and decorations to your bike are optional,

In the first of our #wewillmeetagain rides we will be riding from Trencherfield Mill along the canal towpath up to Haigh Hall courtyard

Our route takes in mixture of block paved paths to a traditional towpath and tarmac path up to the hall We will be off road for the majority of the route

We will be having a well earned stop at Alexander’s cafe in the visitor centre by Haigh Courtyard Due to current Covid 19 restrictions food and drink is takeaways only and seating is restricted so be prepared to grab a patch of grass for a sit down ! We will have to abide by the rules of our venue so please be patient during this time.

We advise that helmets are worn Again due to Covid 19 we ask all participants to bring along Hand sanitizer Gloves Mask Your puncture kit Or inner tube ( we have been advised that as leaders we are unable to assist with any puncture repair but we can advise from the side And it’s always a great accomplishment to be able to repair your own puncture ! ) If the weather is changeable a jacket to keep you dry - ish,

We especially welcome newbies!
