Hassendean, Netherraw, Longnewton, Maxton, Woodside, home via Ancrum

We leave Denholm heading towards Lilliesleaf, turning right at the Dog Kennels (careful crossing over the road, straight up the hill). Turn left at the T-junction and continue on this road until you meet the Leaf/Ancrum road. Turn right and then we take the next left to Longnewton and head across the A68 down to Maxton. We take 2 right turn and head over by Penielheugh taking a left turn at the fork in the road. We turn right and head to Woodside refreshments. We then head home via Ancrum.
