This ride has everything it - climbs up and whizzes down - as well as some long flat bits and all through lovely countryside with glorious views. We will cycle together at a gentle average pace, making sure that no-one gets left behind.

Please remember your cycle helmet, spare tube and pump, water and money for refreshments afterwards, and arrive ten minutes early.
