Starting at the Deri Inn, we'll head up Rhiwbina Hill and across Caerphilly mountain, down the way the Velothon comes up, then head out on Van Road into the lanes, past the Maenllywyd Inn, then head back into Cardiff through Lisvane and Llanishen to get back to the Deri Inn.
