This is a Sunday afternoon women only and childrens ride to Glasson Dock.
We will be riding a cycle path.
We will stop at Glasson Dock to take pictures, have refreshments and a natter.
Please bring with you. 1. A bike in good order. 2. Suitable clothing. 3. Refreshments and / or money to purchase some. 4. Any medications you need and perhaphs suncream / insect repellent. 5. Tools / equipment for such things as to change a tyre , perform repairs. 6. A face mask if you wish to wear one. 7. Hand sanitiser. 8. First Aid kit, if you have one.
