About the route
A gentle uphill ride to Cwmcarn, mostly on canal paths. Suitable for beginners and inter mediate. If you can't ride the slopes you can walk them but you will not be left behind. Please bring a spare inner tube and make sure you have a drink and a few coins for coffee and/or cake with you. Beautiful scenery and wildlife to be seen
