Heading out of Watford towards Garston Manor then on to Bedmond Leverstock Green Gaddesden Row then on to Kensworth for refreshments I'm heading back pasta Whipsnade bison Hill dagnall Little Gaddesden Potten End Hemel Hempstead then back to Watford this is a spokes 9 to 11 mile an hour average
