We plan to ride to a cyclist favouriteCapheaton Cafe which is only open weekends along country roads. The cafe accepts only cash . In all about 30 mile round trip at a pace of about 12mph. There are some hills but we will take our time. Please wear clothing appropriate to the weather forecast and helmets are compulsory. Please bring a spare inner tube just in case ! We never leave anyone behind
