We will make our way from Ponders end on quiet streets to Durant's Park on to Enfield lock & Enfield Island Village. On to the Gunpowder park. Cross Sewardstone Road and we go up Avey Lane a narrow country lane that climbs up to Epping Forest. Through a bit of the Forest and down hill to Waltham Abbey and into the Lee Valley Park. We will return through the park and on to Towpath. back to the start. Approx 20miles.

Lee valley Farm Park Cafe the long way through Epping Forest. A nice big hill for Epic views and stamina Building. *this may change slightly if it turns wet, as the hill can be slippy*

We will be mainly on quiet roads, country lane and a bit of Towpath.

We will be stopping at Lee Valley Park Farm Cafe. also a few catch up/breathers in safe places along the way to Epping Forest.

Helmets must be wornBring spare inner tubes, water & snacks. Money for tea/coffee and any cake you may wish to purchase.

This is not along ride, enthusiastic beginners who have completed the same distance may want to give it a go.One long slow hill. The return route is mainly on the flat.
