Moor Allerton Library, King Lane Leeds, Ls17 5NY

This is a great ride ride starting at Moor Allerton library this library, which is part of Yorkshire Bank Bike Library campaign where you can borrow bikes for few hours to a few days.

This route takes in part of the West Yorkshire cycle route before heading towards Harewood House,

Harewood is in the heart of Yorkshire and is one of the Treasure Houses of England. The House was built in the 18th century and has art collections to rival the finest in the land.

From the Harewood Estate the route continues to travel on the boundaries of the estate before heading towards the village of Eccup, this is where the route passes the entrance to the Emmerdale film location before circling the Eccup reservoir where the breeding colony of Red Kites can be seen.
