Not cycled for a while and looking for an easy way to get back in the saddle? Fancy a fun way to get your friends or kids riding? Our Easygoing rides are great for building confidence for all abilities and ages along relaxed, mostly traffic-free routes. They’re up to six miles long, with a gentle pace of around six miles an hour. Join us on this lovely scenic route that starts and finishes at Fearnville Leisure Centre.  We set off on this 5 mile ride along the off-road route and eventually reach our midway destination of Waterloo Lake.  After a loop of the lake there is time for a little breather and drink before making our way back.  This ride is ideal for families, new and lapsed cyclists who want to explore the local area by bike! This ride uses part of National Cycle Network Connect 2 Project, soon to be (NCN) route 667. To find out more about the NCN and other great places to cycle near you everyday, go to the Sustrans website (http://www.sustrans.org.uk/ncn/map/national-cycle-network). Free adult bike hire is available for this ride!
