Starting from - Before we start we'll run through a basic bike check and check everyone's feeling comfortable on their bikes. We will be riding as a group so will stick together, leaving noone behind and being a safer group for cars to pass.

Let's hope it's a bright Spring day but it'd be a good idea to bring a waterproof/gloves/thin extra layer if chilly and any water/refreshments you think you might need en route. A helmet is advisable but Lycra is not needed! Just clothes you feel comfortable wearing when out on a bike, preferably something bright to make us visible on the roads. If you've a spare inner tube or puncture kit and pump, it's a good idea to bring it along - just in case.
