Let’s get cycling again to the Rusty Bike cafe

We shall head down to the Polish war memorial and take the cycle path running down the A40, we will cycle up to and past the Battle of Britain bunker and onto Fassnidge park where we will stop for a cuppa at the Rusty Bike cafe. The cafe is linked to Recycle a bike which is a non profit making charity. The return journey will be via Ickenham.

This is an easy going ride from Ruislip over to Uxbridge, with a chance to pick up some speed down the A40 cycle path. This ride will go ahead if the current government plans to ease lockdown in stages do not change. We will still need to adhere to social distancing.

Please dress appropriately for the weather and make sure your bike is in good working order. Due to some Covid restrictions still being in place please remember about social distancing and please bring a face mask to wear when we stop and hand sanitiser for hygiene. Please do not come on the ride if you are unwell, particularly any known symptoms of Covid.
