Heading out from the pub towards the Norwich NDR and Horsham St Faith's for a circuit around the village, returning through Catton Park.

A social occasion for a few miles out into the country for a natter, followed by an opportunity for a de-briefing at The Whalebone.

Cycle paths, country Lanes and quiet residential roads

There'll be an opportunity for a pull from the water bottle and a pause for breath as required.
