Starting from - Please meet in Barrow Market place at 9.15am for the M check and ride briefing, if the carparlk is full there is plenty of on street parking around the village. Please wear a helmet and carry a spare innertube and pump to fit your bike, DN19 7BW

Well leave Barrow and head past Thornton Abbey, through East Halton, North Killingholme, into South Killingholme Habrough, Brocklesby and up to Caistor for our refreshment Break. From there we head to North Kelsey, Howsham, Cadney and Brigg, we make our way to our first proper hill at worlaby, along Middlegate into Barton. After leaving Barton we head back to the start in Barrow via Caistor Road.
