A short 7-10 mile evening social ride to Rickmansworth aquadrome for a pizza feast at the cafe! This ride is ideal for those returning to cycling. Starting from Cassiobury Park, we will be riding on quiet roads and off road paths via the mostly flat Ebury Way. We will have a spin around the pretty lakes before a well-earned meal. This ride is suitable for hybrid bikes. Do check your bike in advance that it is mechanically sound, that the brakes work and the tyres are fully pumped. Bring spare tubes, tools, water, a lock, and bike lights, and ensure you have alternative means of getting home if you are unable to fix a puncture. Toilets available at Cassiobury park and at the aquadrome. **Covid Guidance** If you experience any Covid symptoms beforehand, please cancel your place, and if you feel any symptoms after the ride, do let me know so I can inform others.

This is a mostly traffic free ride on off road paths and canal towpath, and quiet roads.

First-timers welcome!
