**PLEASE NOTE 2 MEET POINTS: CASSIOBURY PARK 8:30 AND LEAVESDEN CYCLE HUB 9:15 (SHORTER RIDE 13 MILES)** A 23 mile, steady paced spin starting from Cassiobury Park with a 2nd meet point at Leavesden Park, ideal for those comfortable riding 10+ miles with hills who would like to go further afield. No one is left behind. The route is mostly on road with some short off road sections and you will need to be confident using gears. We'll be cycling through leafy Bricket Wood and along quiet country lanes to the Lazy Llama cafe in Greenwood Park, Chiswell Green, for a well-earned coffee and cake! Please check in advance that your bike is mechanically sound and the tyres are pumped. Bring water, snacks, spare tubes and tools, and ensure you have alternative means of getting home if you are unable to fix a puncture. **Covid Guidance** If you are showing any Covid 19 symptoms please do not attend the ride, and if you develop any symptoms after the ride, do let me know so I can inform everyone who attended.

We'll be riding along mainly quiet country lanes with some off road, suitable for hybrid and road bikes, except those with very narrow tyres (23mm). There are hills en route so bikes with a full range of gears are appropriate. Any queries, do message me via Letsride.

First-timers welcome!
