A road and track loop via Northwood, Ruislip Lido and Harefield
Mostly residental roads with the odd short section of busier roads, tarmac paths and some sections of woodland paths and tow path. If there has been excessive rain I will amend the route
We will stop either in Ruislip Lido or Black Jack's Mill
Please wear a helmet and bright coloured clothes. You show bring: a spare tube and tools, hand sanitizer, mask, cash and or card, water and snack if required and suitable clothing if rain is predicted
