Litchborough loup

Starting from Upton country park we will cycle through swan valley on our way to Rothersthorpe, Blisworth Arm and Tiffield. From there we push on to Litchborough, stopping at the Red Lion for refreshments. The return ride takes us through Fosters Booth, Eastcote, Gayton and Kislingbury back to Upton.
With an average speed of up to 10mph this is not a race, it’s a opportunity to enjoy our local countryside along some quiet lanes.
