Wavertree Park

A perfect ride to explore further horizons on a mixed route of quiet roads and traffic free routes. The route ventures out from Wavertree Park, meandering on route 56 before jumping onto the loopline south. About half way down there's a small detour and time for a refreshment break at the Joseph Williams Café on Childwall Valley Rd (not open Sundays). Continue all the way down to the beautiful Halewood Triangle Park, a Green Flag Awarded park. The park has a diverse range of scenery, from water to grassland, woods and wildlife.

From Halewood you cycle back along the old disused Cheshire railway line back to Wavertree Park.
