*WE WILL GO ALONG THE CYCLE PATH TO BEGIN/END (LLANILAR - TRAWSCOED) SO HYBRIDS OR MOUNTAIN BIKES ONLY*
Well I'm going to risk organising a ride but the weather forecast is dodgy!!
You MUST please book on just in case I have to cancel and let you all know. But we are hardy souls and we will go if it's just drizzly :-)
This is a Guided Ride so open to men and women
We will take our time, nice and steady, it's not a race, and we all stick together and wait for each other. A very relaxed bike ride. Please bring money for the cafe, they do lovely food and cake!
Helmets compulsory and I always advise a front and rear light when cycling on the road
