Start your week off well with an after work leg spin!

This ride is ideal for road confident ladies who want to get out within the safety of a group and want to ride a route that isn't scarily hilly but isn't totally flat either.

This route is 25 miles. It isn't flat, but there are no mountains. At the very end there is a steady uphill stretch back to the start point, we can stop if/when we need to.

I aim to keep the group together at a social pace to suit all so around 10-12mph average but this is just a guide. Noone is left behind.

This route takes us over the border into England, across Handbridge into Chester, and then onto the Dee Estuary cycle path before we cross the Dee then make our way back via Saltney.

Mostly quiet roads/cycle path although we do have to cross some busy roads where we will get off our bikes and cross safely. There is a short stretch by a busy road in Saltney but there is a dedicated cycle path to the side of the road.

No official cafe stop, but if the weather is nice on the day and everyone in agreement we could stop at The Boathouse by the river in Chester for refreshments
