From the cycling festival at Longford Park we ride out on Aldermans Green Road, turning onto Lentons Lane, heading for Shilton. From Shilton, we turn onto the quieter rolling country roads which eventually lead us to our halfway point of Withybrook, where we make a short stop for well earned refreshments at The Pheasant pub.
Our return journey re-traces our route, back to the cycling festival at Longford Park.
