Gentle ride with one hill and then downhill and normally a tail wind on our return. Heading out from Ings Farm just off Saddleback Road out to the market town of Louth. Where we can stop for refreshments before heading back. Ideal for women who would like to get back into cycling from having a break. Suitable for all hybrid bikes or road bikes. We will be cycling on the roads so I have just selected this for Adult Women only at this stage.
