Quiet roads with initial set off on a tarmac no-through road to test skills and balance. Very gentle riding (no one will be left behind). This ride is to improve confidence in riding a bike on the road.

As the group improves and we get more established riders we can look to practice signalling, looking behind (life saver look) and taking on water whilst riding.

The cafe stop can be changed as required and also the route may alter depending on the group progress and timescales.
