It includes a bike check and warm up, a coached lesson on your bike from a qualified coach on various aspects of a planned cycling technique it starts at 10am and lasts approx 1 hour The Breeze Ride will start at 11;30 The first 5 miles is a family ride and will loop back to Maglia Rosso after 5 miles a longer ride will then commence for those wishing to cycle further
