Suitable For: Road, Hybrid(road tyres)
This is a mainly flat ride from Mawdesley which passes through Holmeswood, Shirley Hill and Halsall before heading back towards Burscough.
After a well earned cafe stop at Merlins Bakery (23 miles) in Burscough, we will return to Mawdesley via Hoscar, Wrightington and Heskin, taking in a few local lumps along the way.
Please ensure that you check that your bike is in a fit condition to complete this ride the night before - tyres, brakes, lights, drive chain etc. and have the basic tools required to sort out a puncture with a couple of spare tubes as well.
Please also make sure you are ready to ride 15 minutes before the published start time.
