About the route
Leaving Glass Centre and heading up NCN7 to Cox Green.
Meet up with riders from Washington before heading over the river Wear. Passing through Herrington Country Park before Joining NCN 70 to Sharpley Plantation. Leaving NCN we head east into Seaham for a cuppa & food.
We return To Sunderland via NCN1.
NOTE - NOT suitable for road bikes due to mixed torrain.
