About the route
Social cycle ride - all welcome. Milford Haven to Dale - stop for a coffee - and back - all in time for lunch. Easy paced and ideal for those beginning or returning to cycling. No cyclists will be left behind and ideal for those wishing to cycle in good company and relaxed atmosphere. Due to nature of roads used cyclists to be 16 years or older.
