Monaughty to the Workhouse!

A ride starting at Monaughty and going through Whitton, Ackhill and on to Presteigne for our coffee stop, returning via Discoed.
This ride is suitable for anyone wishing to start cycling or get back into it with a small group of like minded women who all support each other, chat and laugh and of course enjoy a slice of cake!

If you are a regular Breeze rider and free to join us why not cycle in to the start and make more miles, everyone is very welcome.
No special clothing is required, dress to suit weather conditions and be comfortable on your bike, something bright makes us more visible to other road users.
Helmets are recommended but not compulsory.
If you have bike lights they are good at this time of year when the days can be quite dull.
Please bring water or any other refreshment you might need on the ride plus a well-maintained bike, spare inner tube and pump or what you need if you have tubeless tyres plus some money for the cafe stop.
We will ride in accordance with government rules and regulations, please ensure prior to the ride that you or any household member do not have symptoms of Covid 19 and bring your own hand sanitiser, gloves and face mask, this is required if first aid has to be administered and maybe needed to go into the cafe.
By the time of this ride we expect Welsh Covid Rules to have been abolished but so far have had no update from Welsh Cycling so suggest we do as we have been doing for the time being to help keep us all healthy and cycling!
