Starting at Queens park Café we will head out of Bolton along universal way leaving the roads behind for the Middlebrook Trail .

This route is mainly shared cycle paths and is fairly flat using some road sections. We will pick up the Roe Green loop line .

Helmets are a must also bring a lock , spare inner tube and money for lunch at café .
