NCC to Oldham

Meet at NCC using mainly roads at first and trails where possible to Lees (a small village near Oldham).Outward bound we climb gradually,but by good use of gears and steady pace this should not pose a problem. There,s a nice cafe with outside tables and chairs, a cake shop and one of a number of pubs.The Red Lion serves bar snacks and has picnic tables on the green. Returning is virtually all on trails and descending.20 miles in all. We are a friendly group who welcome newcomers and ride at a social pace to suit the whole group, easier to chat that way! Please bring spare inner tubes or puncture repair kit. Dress to suit the weather and bring money and/or snacks and drinks.
