Starting in Eling Hill Carpark, we will head towards Marchwood, before crossing into the New Forest, before dropping down into Beaulieu. In Beaulieu there are some cafe options if a break is needed, before the short climb towards Exbury, before heading towards the coast line and views of Isle Wight. We will stop at Lepe for refreshments, and ice cream (if warm enough!!).
From Lepe we will head back towards Southampton via Hardley, shadowing the Hythe by-pass dropping into Marchwood and picking up the bike path to Eling.
This route is 29 miles, with minimal hills. The pace will be a comfortable social pace with no drop.
