Starting from - Meeting point as always in the Velodrome car park with an aim to leave at 10 am.

Please contact me if you are going to arive late otherwise it will be catch us up.

Carrying a spare inner tube and a good pump is always a good idea but HELMETS are a must, no helmet no ride sorry. NP19 4RB
