Starting from - We are meeting for a 10am start time from the Velodrome car park.

This will be a pleasant few miles along the canal up to Cwmcarm for a cuppa in the newly refurbished Raven Cafe.
It's perfectly safe for road bikes as well as mountain and hybrid bikes now..The entire cycle/ pedestrian path is now a Tarmac surface

A nice steady pedal along the canal. Perfect for all types of bike thanks to being tarmac all the way now

Riding this week is tarmac along the canal. Perfectly suitable for road bikes and off roads alike.

The newly refurbished Raven cafe at the Cwmcarn visitors centre will be our coffee stop this week.

A helmet is a must for NSC...NO HELMET = NO RIDE..

First timers are always welcome, no matter what ability and we never leave anyone behind .
