North Coventry Evening 14 miler

A steady 14 mile ride wending our way around some of the lovely country lanes to the north of Coventry.
From our start point, we head out towards Corley Moor with a short but steep climb up Fivefield Road to warm the legs! From there, we’re on rolling roads heading for Astley which is our most northerly point and about the half-way mark of the route.
Our return journey takes us to the outskirts of Bedworth, towards Corley with another short but steep climb up Rock Lane, ending with a gentle roll back to our starting point.

As the nights are drawing in now, you’ll need to bring some lights and perhaps a warm layer as it turns cooler towards the end of the ride. For those who would like to join us, we’ll take some refreshment at the Hare & Hounds pub at the end of the ride, so don’t forget to bring some money with you!
