An all Road Rode out to Henley on thames We will be cycling initially through Gerards Criss Jordan’s Beaconfield through a lot of normal-traffic roads, some of them fairly busy as we head into.countryside to Henley on Thames.
We aim to keep at a steady pace with an average 11 mph speed throughout the route.
You need to be confident in traffic and able to keep up with the pace and the long distance,

We will be stopping off en route for stretches and two planned stops for 30 minutes (Feel free to bring your own refreshments ).

Please wear bright clothes, dress for the weather suggest layering and sun cream.
Please Wear a helmet.
Check your bike before you set off Bring inner tubes and tools
Bring sone water and snacks this is a long distance ride.

NOTE Change to Meet Point for this ride to Gerard’s Cross

Early morning ride out Northwood Hills to Henley on Thames road cycle with 1000m of climbing and you will need a reasonable level of fitness for this ride
