Rickmansworth to Dunstable Downs

An all Road Rode out to Dunstable Downs
We will be cycling initially through Ricky, out to the countryside to Whipsnape a lot of normal-traffic roads, some of them fairly busy as we head towards Dunstable Downs.
We aim to keep at a steady pace with an average 11 mph speed throughout the route.
You need to be confident in traffic and able to keep up with the pace and the long distance,

We will be stopping off en route for stretches and two planned stops for 30 minutes (Feel free to bring your own refreshments ).

Please wear bright clothes, dress for the weather suggest layering and sun cream.

Early morning ride out Northwood to Dunstable Downs, a road cycle with 700m of climbing and you will need a reasonable level of fitness for this ride
