This is a new FLAB route for me, I have ridden it myself. It will be for the slightly stronger more confident rider due to some of the roads we will be cycling on.

The route will be along a mixture of main and country roads but can be traffic on route

We will be stopping at a lovely café nr to Southwell by the lake in Maythorne.

Please make sure you remember your helmets as no helmet no ride. Also make sure you have a lock, appropriate clothing, money, your bike and of course yourself.
