With the weather the canal section may be muddy
Nice and easy peasy A little jaunt along the canal to post house
Mainly canal little bit on road up to coffee stop
Passing trencherfield mill then back of the stadium into Martland mill
Helmets puncture kit Water Lights would be good as it may be dusk when we get back
