From Cantley Park we make our way through Sandall beat Woods to Armthorpe we make our way along quiet roads, cycle paths through to edenthorpe, Kirk Sandall on to clay Lane reaching Sandall Park here we will take a refreshment stop, from Sandall Park we make our way through Shaw Lane Woods in to Sandall beat Woods exiting on the Straight Mile and carry on making our way to the townfields we ride across the town fields reaching Emfield Park from Emfield Park we make our way through Hyde Parks quiet Roads to the Lakeside where we can enjoy an ice cream should the van be there, after our ice cream we carry along the cycle paths reaching Rosehill then back to our start Point Cantley Park this is a 14 mile ride taking in Woodlands, Parks, cycle paths and the odd quiet Road you will need a bike suitable for all terrain ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
