Pedal Power – National Trust Saltram and Plym Valley

Discover Saltram and the Plym Valley in a new way with 'Pedal Power', monthly social bike rides for all the family to enjoy. Each ride will take a different route through these wonderful National Trust properties, is led by a qualified Ride Leader, and participation is free. This month we shall ride northward through the Saltram estate, and onward to Coypool, and Plymbridge, gateway to Dartmoor via the Plym Valley Trail. We shall then return through Saltram, taking in Stag Lodge and The Dell, to our start/end point. Depending on weather/ground conditions, we may ride along both sides of the river, so be prepared for a bit of (slightly) bumpy/muddy riding.
